    Your order will be shipped via Evri (UK shipping ONLY), and is expected to take 3-5 working days once it is with Evril. We aim to ship your item(s) as soon as we can, though lead times can vary. Please keep an eye on our social media updates, or email us (hello@thesensoryboxcompany.com) for more information. 

  • Replacements:

    We aim to ensure that all products that are purchased reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us and we will get a replacement sorted for you (this applies to the items within the box).

     

    We do not accept returns for items that are defective after you and your baby have played with them; though please contact us if this happens within 10 days of your item being delivered, and we will do our best to help you.

     

    We cannot return and refund items that have been personalised.

     

    If you are not happy with your product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item on hello@thesensoryboxcompany.com and we will do our best to help resolve your query.

     

    Returns:

    Our policy last 30 days. If 30 days have gone back since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

     

    To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

     

    Refunds:

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection for your refund.

     

    If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit applied to your original payment method.

     

    Personalised items:

    All personalised items are not eligible for returns, however, if an item is faulty upon delivery, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement item.
