We've made some changes to the physical boxes we send out sensory toys in, so what have we improved?
After extensive feedback from customers recently, we decided we had to make some changes to our boxes.
Not changes to the toys inside, or to the guide that comes free with the boxes, but the cardboard boxes themselves! We found that our first batch of boxes weren't doing too great at surviving the journey in the post vans up and down the country (despite bubble wrap and other measures!).
So, our new boxes that will be winging their way to customers from today, are made from reinforced cardboard and will get to our customers safely!
The boxes no longer have a 'peep hole' in the top, but we think it adds to the surprise when little ones open the box for the very first time.
